About the role

Sotogrande Hotel & Resorts is looking for Sales Associate in Sotogrande Cebu Hotel located in Angasil Rd, Mactan Lapu Lapu Cebu. Sales Associate acts as a primary point of contact for government and corporate clients. They convert inquiries into bookings, prepare price quotations, and work closely with internal departments to deliver smooth guest experiences

Key Responsibilities

• Guest & Client Inquiries: Respond to room and event bookings via phone, email, and walk-in visits.

• Sales & Promotion: Pitch hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and promotional packages to hit revenue targets.

• Documentation: Prepare accurate rate quotations, contracts, and reservation logs.

• Client Relations: Build and maintain accounts with corporate partners, travel agencies, and repeat guests.

• Department Coordination: Collaborate with the front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams for smooth event and room handoffs.

• Problem Solving: Handle client feedback, requests, and service issues promptly

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing with equivalent operational experience

• Prior background in hotel operations, sales, reservations, or customer service.

• Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and time-management abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel property management/reservation systems

• Experience in conducting Sales Blitzes and Sales Calls to promote the hotel’s products and services, generate new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Willing to relocate from other hotel property
