Sotogrande Hotel & Resorts in Cebu seeks a Sales Associate to be the primary contact for government and corporate clients. You will convert inquiries into bookings, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Marketing, with experience in hotel operations, sales, or customer service. Relocation may be required.

Competenze

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing with equivalent operational experience.
• Prior background in hotel operations, sales, reservations, or customer service.
• Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel property management/reservation systems.
• Experience in conducting Sales Blitzes and Sales Calls to promote the hotel's products and services, generate new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Willing to relocate from other hotel property.

Mansioni

• Respond to room and event bookings via phone, email, and walk-in visits
• Pitch hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and promotional packages to hit revenue targets
• Prepare accurate rate quotations, contracts, and reservation logs
• Build and maintain accounts with corporate partners, travel agencies, and repeat guests
• Collaborate with the front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams for smooth event and room handoffs
• Handle client feedback, requests, and service issues promptly
