Job summary

PMFTC Inc. in Tacloban is seeking a Sales Assistant (Driver) to support the Field Sales Force. You will assist the Retail Salesman to execute sales activities, promote new products, and help strengthen trade partner relations in the Tacloban sales area.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and flexible hours with early starts around 4:30 AM, Monday through Saturday. The team offers a competitive compensation package and above-market benefits.

Purpose of the Job:

You will be part of the Field Sales Force of PMFTC Inc. as a Sales Assistant (Driver) and will be reporting to Supervisor Sales.

Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following:

• Assist the Retail Salesman in the execution of agreed sales activities within the assigned territory in order to achieve agreed volume, collection, and distribution targets.

• Proactively support new promotions and new product introductions by effectively assisting the Retail Salesman in coordinating consumer and trade marketing activities in order to reach the sales volume objectives.

• Contribute to the improvement of the company's relationship with trade partners during the course of daily/regular interactions.

Skill and competencies:

• Should be at least a High School diploma holder
• Basic mathematical and recordkeeping skills
• Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
• Impressive presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to offer excellent customer service

Work experience:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Salesman or a similar role in theSalesindustry
• Holding a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Familiarity with GPS tools and road maps
• Having an excellent sales record
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Work Location: Tacloban Sales Offices – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work areas covered by Tacloban Sales Office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
