Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Sales Administrator to support daily sales operations and ensure accurate documentation. You will handle quotations, orders, and coordination with customers to meet delivery schedules.

You will provide timely customer service, respond to inquiries, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as directed by management. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales processes are preferred. This is a Singapore-based role open to local candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in sales administration, order processing, quotations, purchase orders, and sales order management.
• Ability to coordinate customer requests and delivery arrangements.
• Knowledge of Oracle SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales administration activities, including order acknowledgements, quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Process and maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to support delivery schedules and order requirements.
• Provide timely support and customer service to existing customers.
• Handle walk-in customer enquiries and respond to phone enquiries professionally.
• Perform general sales administrative duties and reporting as required.
• Support ad-hoc assignments and operational tasks delegated by management.
