Job summary

First Datacorp is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Operations specialist in Makati to support bid management and order processing. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure timely submissions and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales operations or related roles, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills. Onsite work Monday to Friday with overtime during bid deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Bid Management, Sales Administration, Order Processing, Billing, or related role.
• Knowledge of sales processes, bid/tender management and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage bid and tender submissions to support new business opportunities.
• Maintain company accreditations, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Monitor bid deadlines, accreditation renewals, and key sales documentation.
• Support sales order processing, billing coordination, and other sales operations activities.
• Ensure all documentation complies with client, company, and regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for:

• With 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Bid Management, Sales Administration, Order Processing, Billing, or a related role.

• Familiar with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar business systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree course
• Willing to work onsite in Makati from Monday to Friday.
• Willing to render overtime work when needed, particularly during bid preparations and submission deadlines.
