Job summary

REDHOK INC is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Project Sales team in generating new business opportunities, scheduling client meetings, and preparing quotations and sales proposals.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing and lead times, maintain sales records, and assist in preparing presentations and materials. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Sales Representatives in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Prepare initial BOQs and quotations based on client requirements and approved pricing.
• Organize and maintain sales leads, quotations, and project records.
• Monitor quotations and assist with follow-ups and status updates.
• Coordinate schedules for client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Technical teams for requirements and quotation validation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Sales team.
• Help maintain an updated sales pipeline and opportunity tracker.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Sales Representatives in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain product pricing, availability, and lead times

• Prepare initial BOQs and quotations based on client requirements and approved pricing

• Organize and maintain sales leads, quotations, and project records

• Monitor submitted quotations and assist sales reps with follow-ups and status updates

• Coordinate schedules for client meetings, site visits, and product presentations

• Assist in preparing presentations, product information, and other sales materials

• Coordinate with Engineering/Technical teams for technical requirements and quotation validation

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Sales team

• Help maintain an updated sales pipeline and opportunity tracker

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to clients

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable making calls and reaching out to potential clients
