Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Makati City is seeking a technically skilled Sales Engineer to engage with clients, understand requirements, and deliver tailored proposals that drive business growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2+ years in technical sales or MEP, knowledge of MEP systems, and willingness to travel for site visits. Proficiency in MS Office and preferably AutoCAD/Revit; female candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial).
• Data center experience preferred.
• 2+ years in technical sales, business development or MEP engineering.
• MEP systems knowledge (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing) advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency; AutoCAD or Revit advantageous.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Licensed Engineer advantageous but not required.
• Female candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver presentations, product orientations, and technical demonstrations.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor projects and coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development.

Job Description

• Conduct client site visits to assess requirements, evaluate existing systems, and identify opportunities for customized solutions.


• Collaborate with the Engineering team to translate client requirements into cost-effective proposals, technical drawings, and system specifications that support successful sales outcomes.


• Prepare and deliver presentations, product orientations, and technical demonstrations.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and providing after-sales support.


• Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.


• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development initiatives.


• Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and other documentation required by Management.

Salary Range: ₱38,000–₱45,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Work Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
