Development Strategists International Consulting Inc. is seeking a proactive Partnerships Specialist in Laguna to grow our network of tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate partners. You will manage inquiries, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Front Office to ensure smooth bookings.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, local market knowledge, and regular progress updates. Travel locally for partner meetings and events is expected, with a bilingual English-Filipino workflow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales or business development experience; fresh graduates with strong communication may be considered.
  • Comfortable initiating contact with new people; relationship-building role.
  • Organized and reliable with lead follow-up and partner records.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets or CRM tracking (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Willing to travel locally for partner meetings and events.
  • Strong English and Filipino communication; Laguna tourism network is a plus.
  • Self-starter who reports progress regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with tour operators and travel agencies, activating contracts and incentive programs.
  • Identify and pursue new tour operator, agency, and corporate partners in Laguna and nearby regions.
  • Process partner booking inquiries – quotes, confirmations, coordination with Front Office.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns to improve conversion.
  • Support corporate and group event bookings, such as weddings and company outings.
  • Maintain relationships with existing partner accounts through regular check-ins and issue resolution.
  • Work with Marketing to align promotions with partner offers and track channel performance.
  • Provide input on which channels convert to reduce reliance on paid ads.

Key Responsibilities Partnership Development
  • Build and maintain relationships with tour operators and travel agencies, activating existing partnership contracts and incentive programs.
  • Identify and pursue new tour operator, agency, and corporate partners in Laguna and nearby regions.
Sales & Bookings
  • Process booking inquiries from partners - quotes, confirmations, coordination with Front Office.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, ads, and social channels to improve conversion.
Account Management
  • Support corporate and group event bookings, such as weddings, company outings, and reunions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing partner accounts through regular check-ins, honoring incentive terms, and resolving booking issues.
Coordination
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align promotions with partner-facing offers.
  • Provide input on which channels are converting, to help reduce dependency on paid ads alone.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or tourism preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
  • Comfortable initiating contact with new people - calls, meetings, site visits. This is a relationship-building role, not a desk-only position.
  • Organized and reliable in following up on leads and maintaining partner records.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets or CRM-style tracking (Google Sheets/Excel level is sufficient).
  • Willing to travel locally for partner meetings and to represent the resort at events.
  • Strong Filipino and English communication skills; familiarity with the local Laguna tourism network is a plus.
  • Self-starter who can work with moderate independence while reporting progress regularly
