ROYALEPROPERTIES INC. seeks a Sales and Marketing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day sales and marketing activities and ensure targets align with the strategies for our property developments.

The role requires 3–6 years within Real Estate, with proven ability to develop marketing and sales strategies for properties, and appropriate professional certification such as Registered Broker, DHSUD Certified, or Registered Appraiser.

Job description

Sales and Marketing Supervisor will oversee sales and marketing aspect of the day to day transactions, and process to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry

• Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments

• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar

• Relevant professional certification such as Registered Broker, DHSUD Certified, or Registered Appraiser
