Job summary

VTSA International Inc. (Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines) in Baguio is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. You will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, pursue new clients, manage leads, conduct client meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders progress smoothly.

Strong communication and field sales drive are essential, with a focus on achieving targets and expanding market presence in the Cordillera region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or related role.
• Experience in Elevator/Construction industry preferred.
• Certificates are an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales is an advantage.
• Excellent customer relationship and account management skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and business development activities.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
• Maintain records of clients, leads, and sales activities.

SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Work Location: Baguio. Baguio, Benguet, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners.
• Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and sales presentations as needed.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, projects, and client requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management and manager
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, sales activities, and account information.
• Perform other related sales and marketing duties as assigned by manager.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• With 1-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or a related role
• Experience in the Elevator Industry or Construction Industry are strongly preferred
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new clients, with certificates is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales is an advantage
• Excellent customer relationship and account management skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
