Job summary

VTSA International Inc. (Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines) invites an energetic Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Angeles, Pampanga. You will develop strategies, pursue new clients, and present our products to a growing customer base from BNK Unit B, Fil-Am Friendship Hwy.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales/marketing, strong communication, and willingness to travel. You’ll manage leads, reports, and campaigns, with a commission-based earning component and a competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or a related role.
• Experience in Elevator or Construction industry preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new clients; certificates advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales is advantageous.
• Excellent customer relationship and account management skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive and highly motivated.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits and business development activities.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle advantageous.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
• Identify and pursue new clients, business opportunities, and potential markets.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners.
• Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and sales presentations as needed.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, projects, and client requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management and manager
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, sales activities, and account information.
• Perform other related sales and marketing duties as assigned by manager.

What We're Looking For
