Job summary

The ideal candidate has solid experience in sales analytics, Excel, SQL, and BI tools, and can translate data into actionable business insights to optimize performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Experience in sales analytics, MIS reporting, BI, or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, or automation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and enhance MIS reports to improve accuracy and decision-making.
• Consolidate and standardize sales reporting tools and dashboards.
• Build and maintain sales performance databases and generate actionable insights.
• Analyze sales productivity, channel performance, and key metrics for growth.
• Design monitoring tools and analytics to improve lead management and digital sales conversion.
• Partner with teams to translate data into strategies that drive results.
• Create presentations and recommendations to support campaigns.
