Job summary

Maya in Manila is seeking a Sales Performance Senior Analyst to support the sales team with performance visibility and insights to drive improvements. You will produce regular reports, build performance decks, and automate reporting processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with bank products, 2+ years in Excel, SQL, Python, and knowledge of PowerQuery, PowerBI, Tableau, and data extraction. A math/engineering/CS degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with bank products including deposits and lending.
• At least 2 years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Working knowledge of PowerQuery, PowerBI, Tableau, and database extraction.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Regular and timely reporting on sales performance.
• Ad-hoc calculations of sales and bank related KPIs.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders.
• Automation builds of reports; creation and delivery of performance decks.
• Derive insights from the performance data.
