Job summary

TCL Sun Inc. is seeking a Data (Sell-Out) Analyst to monitor and analyze sales performance across products, dealers, channels, and regions, turning data into actionable insights to support business decisions.

You will prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and sales teams, track trends and variances, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sell-out performance. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Logistics, and other teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Strong analytical mindset and numerical skills.
Proficient in data interpretation and translating findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sell-out performance.
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for Management and Sales teams.
Analyze sales trends, product performance, regional performance, and variances against targets.
Track sell-out performance by product, model, dealer, channel, and region.
Monitor inventory and identify fast-, slow-, and aging-moving products.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Support sales forecasting, target setting, and business reviews.
Maintain accurate and reliable sales data and reporting files.
Develop and improve Excel-based trackers, reports, and dashboards.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, Planning, Logistics, and other teams to gather and validate data.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
