Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company is seeking a Sales Data Specialist lead to oversee data collection, validation, and reporting for the sales organization. You will ensure data integrity across SAP, POS, and internal reports, delivering actionable insights through dashboards and regular performance updates.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain on forecasting, targets, and reporting enhancements, driving data-driven decisions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree required in business/related field
• Experience in sales operations, analytics, or data analysis preferred
• Strong Excel and data tooling skills required
• Familiarity with SAP or POS data platforms and dashboards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Sales Data Specialist and ensure accurate data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting
• Ensure data integrity across SAP, POS, and internal reports, resolving discrepancies
• Analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities and provide actionable insights
• Support sales planning, forecasting, target setting, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain
• Develop and improve reporting tools and dashboards, standardize processes, and deliver regular updates to Sales leadership
