Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new client relationships within assigned territory to expand the customer base.
• Present and demonstrate chemical products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and applications.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to close sales whilst maintaining profitability.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct product knowledge training and provide technical support to clients regarding chemical solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and pipeline management using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including warehouse, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights.
