About the role

LEC Steel Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our sales team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships within the steel manufacturing industry. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role is essential to our continued expansion and success in the competitive manufacturing sector.

What you\'ll be doing

• Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and repeat business
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the steel manufacturing and related industries
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Negotiating contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements whilst protecting company interests
• Monitoring account performance and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborating with internal teams including production, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
• Providing market feedback and competitive intelligence to support strategic business planning
• Building a strong network within the industry and attending relevant trade shows and networking events as required

What we\'re looking for

• Proven experience of 1+ years in B2B sales, account management or a related sales role, ideally within manufacturing, steel or industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of the steel manufacturing industry, products and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide solutions that address those requirements
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals whilst maintaining positive client relationships
• Self-motivated, organized and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Willingness to travel occasionally to visit clients and attend industry events
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Filipino language skills are advantageous
• Bachelor\'s degree in business, Commerce, Sales or a related field is preferred
