Job summary

LEC Steel Manufacturing Corp. is seeking an experienced Sales Executive in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. You will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve targets within the steel manufacturing sector.

You will identify new opportunities, present solutions to clients, and collaborate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and high service levels. The role requires travel flexibility and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2–3 years in sales, preferably B2B.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the steel manufacturing sector.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and terms to close sales while maintaining profitability.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
