Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to drive loan volume while preserving profitability and solid credit quality. You will deliver strong customer service and align with sales targets across salary loan products.

You will establish and maintain relationships with DepEd school principals, teachers, and employees, identify new clients, and coordinate with internal units to resolve service issues and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course.
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required.
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees.
• Identify potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
