BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to drive loan volume while ensuring profitability and quality credit standards. The role emphasizes strong customer service and achieving targets.

You will build relationships with DepEd principals, teachers and staff, identify new clients, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues, contributing to overall branch success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year or 5-year program.
• At least 3 years of work experience in sales/marketing.
• Familiar with Salary Loan Products.

Responsabilidades

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quota.
• Establish and maintain relationships with DepEd Principals, Teachers and Employees.
• Identify potential clients for production-related activities.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues of internal and external clients; liaise with other units to resolve operational or service issues.
