BDO Network Bank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and excellent service.

You will actively promote salary loan products, generate quality accounts, identify new leads, establish relationships with School Principals, Teachers and Employees, conduct financial literacy sessions, be the main contact for inquiries, and ensure timely, compliant loan processing.

Responsabilidades

• Actively promote and market salary loan products, highlighting the benefits of the loan offerings.
• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met for releases and loan portfolio.
• Identify and generate new leads, focusing on eligible clients, and identify potential institutions and clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Responsible for establishing relationship with School Principals, Teachers and Employees.
• Conduct presentations and financial literacy sessions to raise awareness of salary loan products.
• Serves as the main point of contact for all inquiries on salary loans, providing expert guidance throughout the loan application process.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues regarding loan applications, repayments and others.
• Track and follow-up pending loan applications, ensuring a smooth and timely approval process.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, industry standards and competitor offerings.
• Ensure that all loan transactions are in compliance with audit, policies, DepEd regulations and bank guidelines.
• Work with collections team to manage delinquent accounts
• Prepare and submit regular sales calls and reports.
