Job summary

BDO Network Bank in the Philippines seeks an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to drive non-DepEd salary loan accounts and achieve sales quotas. You will identify and accredit potential institutions, build relationships with HR heads, payroll personnel, and other key staff to promote salary loan products.

Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in sales/marketing, and familiarity with salary loan products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Direct sales/marketing experience with strategic selling.
Minimum 3 years in related field.
Familiar with Salary Loan products.
Willing to be assigned in Ilagan / Santiago Isabela.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions for salary loan products.
Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts to meet sales quotas.
Establish and maintain relationships with HR heads, payroll in-charges and key personnel.
Handle inquiries and coordinate with internal units to resolve service issues.
