Job summary

Qualifications

The role involves identifying potential hazards, conducting safety inspections, and promoting safety awareness among employees and project personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and other applicable regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential safety hazards.

• Prepare and implement safety plans, risk assessments, and accident prevention measures.

• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training for employees and workers.

• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare incident reports.

• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other personnel regarding safety concerns.

• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize workplace risks.

Qualifications
