Job summary

ETSI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Officer for our telecoms division to plan and implement OSH policies and programs. You will lead HIRAC processes, conduct routine EHS inspections, and advise staff on safety topics to maintain a compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Safety Officer in telecoms (min 3 years).
• Knowledge of planning and implementation of OSH policies and programs.
• Knowledge of Health Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC).
• Attention to detail, empathy, and a sense of urgency.
• Willing to perform additional tasks as required.

• Prepares government & corporate reports per DOLE and project standards and provides statistics to management.
• Conducts HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control).
• Conducts toolbox meetings and job safety analyses; prepares accident/incident investigations.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Experience as a Safety Officer in Telecoms Industry
• Knowledgeable in planning and implementation of OSH policies and programs.
• Knowledgeable in Health Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC).

• Willing to do tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• With certifications – COSH/BOSH, HIRAC & LCM.

6. Conducts Safety and Health Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC)
7. Conducts toolbox or safety meetings and job safety analysis; Prepares Accident/Incident/Illness Investigation, recording and reporting
