A leading renewable energy company in Batangas City is seeking a Safety Officer 3 responsible for managing the Occupational Safety and Health Program. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in construction and renewable energy, knowledge of OSH standards, and relevant training. This full-time position requires a commitment to maintaining workplace safety and preventing incidents.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years' work experience as SO3 in construction and renewable energy industries.
• Has mandatory BOSH training.
• Has advanced training of LCM, SPA, HIRAC or Scaffolding within 3 years.
• BOSH training mandatory.
• LCM, SPA, HIRAC or Scaffolding training within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement policies and procedures of the company’s Occupational Safety and Health Program.
• Establish and maintain a safe workplace to ensure zero loss time incident.

Overview

The Safety Officer 3 is responsible for managing and implementing the policies and procedures of the company’s Occupational Safety and Health Program. The main objective of this role is to establish and maintain a safe workplace and ensure zero loss time incident.

• Amendable with Mon-Sat work schedule

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 2-3 years' work experience as SO3 in construction and renewable energy industries
• Has knowledge in OSH standards, DENR & MENRO compliances and EHS practices
• Has mandatory BOSH training
• Has advanced training of LCM, SPA, HIRAC or Scaffolding within 3 years
• Preferably a local from/nearby Calatagan, Batangas (no staff house provided)
• Occupational Health and Safety Risk Assessment
• Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Regulatory Compliance
