Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd’s Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer 3 to implement and monitor OSH programs, identify hazards, and ensure regulatory compliance in Mandaluyong.

You will conduct inspections, lead trainings, investigate incidents, maintain records, and coordinate with HR and management to promote a strong safety culture across the organization. This full-time role requires DOLE compliance awareness and active participation in DOLE inspections.

Qualifications

• Mandatory 40-hour basic OSH training course applicable to the industry
• At least 2 years of experience in OSH
• Additional 48 hours of advanced or specialized occupational safety training relevant to the industry
• Bachelor’s degree (any course)
• Knowledge of DOLE compliance and reportorial requirements
• Filipino nationality only
• Willing to work full-time in Mandaluyong City

• Maintain safety records, reports, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, management, supervisors, and employees on safety concerns.
• Assist during DOLE inspections and ensure timely resolution of safety findings.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.

About The Role
