Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated OSH knowledge and practice.
• Ability to conduct inspections and identify hazards.
• Experience in investigating accidents or near-misses.
• Ability to design and deliver safety training.
• Familiarity with DOLE compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor OSH programs and policies.
• Conduct workplace inspections and identify hazards and risks.
• Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Conduct safety orientations, training, and awareness activities.
• Monitor compliance with safety rules and procedures.
• Support emergency preparedness and safety drills.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR and management on safety concerns.
• Assist during DOLE inspections and resolve findings.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.
