Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking a Safety Officer 2 to implement and monitor safety programs ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards. This role involves conducting inspections, supporting incident investigations, and promoting employee safety education.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has at least one year of experience in occupational safety, and possesses BOSH or COSH certification. The position is on-site primarily in Antipolo or Marikina, requiring occasional site visits.
The Safety Officer 2 is responsible for the effective implementation and monitoring of the company’s safety programs and adherence to national and internal safety standards. This role plays a critical function in fostering a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards as mandated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)and other relevant agencies. The Safety Officer 2 also leads initiatives in risk prevention, employee safety education, and safety-related incident response.

Work Set-Up:
On-site. Primary assignment is at Antipolo and/or Marikina, but the role may require occasional visits to other Dermorepubliq sites as needed for inspections, safety audits, or incident response. The Safety Officer 2 should be physically capable of performing site walkthroughs and carrying safety-related equipment or supplies weighing up to 15 kilograms (33 pounds).
