Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety orientations.
• Ensure proper use and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitor safety compliance on-site and report unsafe conditions or acts.
• Maintain first-aid supplies and emergency contact lists.
• Promote safety awareness through reminders and training.
• Assist in safety inspections and documentation of site hazards.
• Participate in incident/accident investigations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety programs.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment and Control (HIRAC).
• Prepare and submit DOLE‑mandated reports and compliance documents.
• Lead the Safety and Health Committee and its documentation.
• Liaise with DOLE and other agencies regarding safety compliance.
• Conduct and lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Monitor subcontractor safety compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety performance reports.
