Job summary

AQUADYSINC is seeking an on-site Safety Officer in Quezon City to lead daily safety inspections, assess hazards, and mitigate risks across projects.

You will enforce compliance with Philippine safety standards, run toolbox talks, supervise sub-contractors, and develop targeted OHS training on fall protection and heavy machinery.

You will investigate incidents, maintain detailed safety records, and ensure readiness for inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site safety management.
• Knowledge of local occupational safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead toolbox talks and JHA with field crews.
• Strong incident investigation and root-cause analysis skills.

Investigate all site incidents, near-misses, and property damage, and draft comprehensive root-cause analysis reports.

Maintain precise digital documentation of all safety metrics, permits, certifications, and compliance logs for inspection readiness.
