Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development and system integration initiatives in Mandaluyong, Philippines. This is a 6-month contractual engagement with a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH).

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive Agile processes, coordinate releases, UAT, migrations, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in IT project management focusing on software development & systems integration.
• 3+ years leading Scrum/Agile teams (Scrum Master/Agile PM).
• Proven delivery of cross-functional software projects across web/mobile/enterprise systems.

Location: Philippines – Mandaluyong

Work Schedule: Dayshift – Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month-initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

Salary: 70K - 100K

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder

• 5+ years of direct experience in IT project management, with a primary focus on managing software development and systems integration projects.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading Scrum/Agile teams (e.g., as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager).

• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional software projects across web, mobile, core transactional systems, or enterprise integrations.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams (Developers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX Designers) within a PMO structure is a plus.

• Demonstrated history of steering projects through complex deployment phases, including UAT, migration, and nationwide or multi-site rollouts.

Technical Proficiency:

• Software Development Life Cycle & Agile Methodologies – MUST HAVE

• Agile Frameworks: Deep practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies (e.g., Agile execution with Waterfall milestone reporting).

• SDLC Governance: Solid understanding of software development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, code repository management (Git), release management, and testing frameworks (UAT, automated testing, stress testing).

• Backlog Refinement: Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and actionable task acceptance criteria.

IT Infrastructure & Architecture

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on exposure to Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Core Network concepts, and Platform as a Service (PaaS).

• SaaS & Enterprise Platforms: Experience managing or integrating with enterprise SaaS solutions such as ERP, CRM and ITSM.

• Architecture Concepts: General awareness of microservices, API integrations, and multi-tier transactional vs. reporting system architectures. – MUST HAVE for all
