As the first point of contact for customer issues, you will log, triage, and manage support cases to full resolution, leveraging Salesforce to track progress while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS customer support is preferred.
• Experience with multi-product support.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across multiple products.
• Initial point of contact for customer support issues.
• Log and track issues through the life cycle of a support case.
• Triage incoming support cases.
• Handle client configurations.
• Manage support cases related to internal/external configuration changes.
