Dialpad, Inc. is seeking a Small Business Sales Representative in Pasig City, Philippines. You will lead new logos, manage a high-touch sales process, and coordinate with billing and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will engage with North American prospects and global leads, working hybrid in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment that values curiosity, empathy, and results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct SaaS sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Business Admin preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• High energy, quick learner, and coachable.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and G-suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SB customers.
• Be the first point of contact and build trust with prospects.
• Collaborate with Billing, Support, Marketing and other teams.
• Keep abreast of product changes and articulate value to customers.
• Handle North America and global leads during US core hours.
