Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Renewal Specialist to manage escalated renewal conversations within the Atlas Co-Pilot environment. You will leverage AI signals, account history, and prior touchpoints to influence outcomes while preserving contract terms and customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SaaS renewals or customer success, with strong objection handling and CRM proficiency. You will contribute to retention and revenue goals, working within a structured renewal process

Qualifications

3–5 years in renewal, customer success, or account management in SaaS
Experience handling renewals and objections
Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows and data signals
Proficient in CRM and contract management tools

Responsibilities

Own renewal conversations escalated by Atlas.
Work inside Atlas Co-Pilot using account history and signals to resume conversations.
Facilitate renewals at existing terms; escalate concessions when needed.
Identify upsell or expansion signals and route to the right owner.
Document all interactions in the CRM and Atlas logs with outcomes, sentiment, and escalations.
Meet or exceed KPIs for renewal rate and save rate.
Participate in onboarding and coaching on renewal objection handling.
Flag pattern insights to improve agent coaching and Atlas automation.
Maintain positive, professional customer relationships at every touchpoint.
Perform other duties as assigned.
