Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects from start to finish.
• Maintain project schedules, timelines, tasks and documentation.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks and actions.
• Advise internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Provide customers with regular project updates.
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with project planning and implementation.
• Identify risks, issues and delays and address them.
• Ensure project information and documentation are up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Finance and other teams.
• Improve project coordination processes and customer experience.
• Support customers in getting value from Zendesk and/or HubSpot solutions.
