Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Senior SaaS Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the portfolio, balancing strategy with commercial outcomes.

The role drives roadmap priorities based on customer needs and market gaps, and informs decisions on build, buy, or partner options for scalable solutions. You will collaborate with Product Partners and Marketing on pricing, positioning, and launches, defining value propositions across segments and exploring ecosystem opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in product management, SaaS, or digital product commercialization.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle metrics.
• Proven experience in managing third-party software vendors or technology platforms.
• Data-driven and commercially minded — able to make sound product decisions backed by market data and business objectives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in telco, tech, or digital services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products within the portfolio.
• Define and refine roadmap priorities based on customer needs, market gaps, and commercial potential.
• Lead build, buy, or partner decisions for software offerings to be scalable and market-ready.
• Collaborate on pricing models, product positioning, and launch strategy with Product Partners and Marketing.
• Define value propositions across customer segments and explore bundling or ecosystem integration.
• Track adoption, engagement, churn, and profitability; inform roadmap decisions with market data.
• Coordinate with IT, Enablement, and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
