Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with HTML and CSS is required or advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage time effectively.
• Experience supporting software applications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain respectful relationships with clients through responsive service.
• Learn the inner workings of a member-management SaaS platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues.

• Provide reporting to clients on support cases.
