Job summary
Momentive Software in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a dedicated product support professional to build and maintain strong client relationships, resolve issues, and train users on a highly configurable SaaS platform.
You will learn the inner workings of the system, provide reporting on support cases, and collaborate with the Product Development team to address bugs and advance the product. Strong communication, teamwork, and technical aptitude are essential.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in customer service and technical support.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and SQL is preferred.
- Ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical clients.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with product teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships with clients through responsiveness, expertise and awesome customer service
- Learn the inner workings of a member-management SaaS platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve client reported issues
- Train clients on how to best use a highly configurable platform
- Provide reporting to clients on the status of support cases
- Work with the Product Development team to address bugs and advance the product
