Job summary

Torero Softwares Ltd is hiring Customer Support Executives to assist clients using our medical software Medica Ultimate. This role involves handling inbound support calls, resolving queries related to software usage, billing, accounting, and GST via phone and remote tools (AnyDesk / UltraViewer).

The candidate should have a commerce background with at least 6 months in customer support, knowledge of accounting and GST, and familiarity with AnyDesk/UltraViewer.

Qualifications

• Min. 6 months of experience in customer support.
• Knowledge of accounting & GST concepts is preferred.
• Familiarity with remote tools (AnyDesk/UltraViewer) for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
