Job summary

Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is seeking dedicated Software Support to join our growing team in Cebu City. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Accounting Software, translating client needs into actionable solutions, and guiding clients through best practices.

You will analyze business processes, map requirements, and ensure successful software implementations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting Information System or related field.
• Must be knowledgeable in accounting software (Business Central, Epicor, Odoo, Netsuite, SAP).
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Must be an effective problem solver.
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be willing to do field work.

JOB TITLE: Accounting Software Support

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitates the implementation and support of Accounting Software to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the clients need.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
