Job summary

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will join the Finance team to ensure our billing, collection, and cash reconciliation workflows are timely and accurate, reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager.

You will work with AI tools and systems automation, tackle daily cash application tasks, resolve billing disputes, own AR balance sheet reconciliations, and help build scalable processes for our next phase of rapid growth across Central

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of dedicated accounting experience focused on accounts receivable, billing, and cash reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and billing tools.
• Familiarity navigating customer procurement portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.) and handling complex PO structures is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive team player with an in-the-weeds mentality to build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing Execution: assist end-to-end billing by auditing invoices against contracts and POs, submitting invoices, and tracking approvals.
• Collections & Aging Management: manage AR aging and outreach to resolve delays and optimize DSO.
• Tech-Forward Reporting & Communication: design dashboards and provide weekly AR updates across Sales and Finance.
• Discrepancy & Dispute Resolution: investigate short payments and billing disputes with cross-functional teams.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: partner with onboarding, billing workflows, and revenue controls.
• Audit Support & Documentation: maintain organized AR docs and assist during external audits.
