Private Advertiser is seeking an Accounting Analyst for AR and Revenue to manage customer payments and account reconciliations. You will participate in month-end closing and handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Center of Excellence Supervisor or Manager.

You will reconcile sales orders, upload AR payments, and liaise with call centers for refunds, while ensuring compliance with policy and performing journal entries to support close processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in AR and/or Revenue Accounting, preferably with APAC coverage.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with Financial Statement reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Tenured profile indicating depth and stability in the AR/Revenue function.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

• Upload month-end entries for revenue recognitions and marketing campaigns.
• Validate Carrier Reports against recorded transactions and highlight discrepancies.

About the role

The Accounting Analyst for AR and Revenue is responsible for processing customer payments and performing customer account reconciliations. The role participates in month-end closing and performs ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Center of Excellence Supervisor or Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Reconciliation and close of sales orders.

• Upload AR payments and perform receipting and reconciliation of collections (cash, credit card, WBKO, and delivery fees) from manual Service Request, WBKO, and month-end accruals.

• Act as liaison between Supply Chain and customer call center in processing customer refunds and preparation of refund processing in payment console.

• Reconciliation and tracking of daily cash collection and transfers by 3rd party providers.

• Research items in unapplied cash (Suspense Accounts where money received was not applied to an invoice or Sales Order by automated systems).

• Ensure compliance with approval matrix and related policies for all invoicing and payment transactions.

• Liaison with external outsource service providers to ensure completeness of accounts and transactions.

• Prepare journal entries and support regular month-end closing activities.

• Upload month-end entries for revenue recognitions and marketing campaigns.

• Validate Carrier Reports against recorded transactions and highlight material discrepancies.

About you

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Revenue Accounting, preferably with APAC entity coverage.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience preparing Financial Statement reports and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Tenured profile preferred — demonstrates depth and stability in the AR/Revenue function.

• Positive attitude, team player, able to work cross-functionally across regions.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems (preferred).

• Familiarity with Blackline or similar account reconciliation platforms (preferred).

• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and marketing accrual processes (preferred).
