Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking an ATR Subject Matter Expert in Record to Report with extensive knowledge of RTR processes. This role provides operational guidance, training, and supervisory support under the Finance Supervisor.

You will develop expertise in GAAP compliance, GL, intercompany, fixed assets, month-end close, and reconciliation; lead process improvements, audits, and cross-functional collaboration; and deliver trainings to raise team performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Bachelor's) in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Experience with General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Month-end close, Reconciliation, reports, consolidation, and Lease Accounting.
• Proven track record in crisis management, process improvements and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• 4–6 years in Record to Report; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RTR operations and provide support for complex transactions.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Ensure project outcomes meet specifications and standards.
• Create and deliver trainings to enhance team knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in audits as required.
• Collaborate with the team to address customer needs and issues.
• Provide guidance during the decision‑making process.
• Identify process improvements and ensure timely completion of projects with quality results.
• Ensure transactions and reports are GAAP-compliant and aligned with policies.
• Identify, rectify and monitor issues, document and monitor logs.
• Contribute to leadership and development of the R2R Tower.
