The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy, at least 5 years of RTR experience, and familiarity with process improvements. Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA but not required.
• At least 5 years experience in RTR process with participation in change management.
• Background in process improvement and transformation.
• Experience leading or coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations in payroll or HR data.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for RTR activities.
• Collaborate across different processes such as Compliance and Payroll Operations.
• Run change and improvement initiatives to ensure process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Workplace Services, Compliance, Payroll Operations, Total Rewards, to maintain RTR documentation.
• Lead change initiatives and ensure timely delivery via project management plans.
• Serve as POC for RTR process improvements and innovation.
• Assist during audits by responding to requests.

JobDescription:

TheFinanceRTR Specialistwill provide expertise in Records to Report Process(RTR) and lead to enable process change and improvements through processelimination, standardization, simplification and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert(SME) for RTR activities and provide solution or direction for systemerrors, escalations, issues and concerns.
  
• Stay aware of, and align to company process and data methodology and tooling requirements
  
• Regularly review and challengeany step outs in the current process design to identify best practices andprocess improvements
  
• Collaborate with differentprocesses such as Workplace Services, Compliance, Payroll Operations,Total Rewards, etc. for the development and maintenance of RTR processdocumentations ensuring that they evergreen fostering effective processesand controls are in place and are adhered to.
  
• Run change and improvementinitiatives and ensure timely delivery through robust project managementsystem or implementation plan and through adherence of the groupescalation matrix.
  
• Act as Point of Contact (POC)for Finance-related process improvements and innovation initiativesimpacting RTR.
  
• Assist during audit byattending to audit requests/ requirements.
  
• Ensure the existing and supportthe enforcement of Data Privacy Laws and regulation at corporate level forpayroll or employee information.
  
• Additional operationalresponsibility for Service Delivery, when applicable or assigned
  

Qualifications:
