Job summary

Ininchcape Philippines is seeking a Subject Matter Expert – Record to Report to lead key R2R activities and drive accurate, timely month‑end close. You will mentor Analysts, guide accounting processes, and collaborate with auditors across finance operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in R2R/GL, IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Experience with SAP FI‑GL, BlackLine, and Power BI is a plus in our global automotive group.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report, GL, Shared Services, or corporate finance environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Record to Report activities including high‑value journals and reconciliations.
• Drive month‑end close and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to Analysts and support Team Leader development.
• Partner with stakeholders and auditors to ensure end‑to‑end accounting integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance metrics, automation, and process documentation.
