Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented RTR professional to support end-to-end accounting and financial reporting. You will maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and assist month-end close across general ledger duties.

The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with exposure to SSC/BPO environments. The position is on-site in Metro Manila with shifts including night/graveyard schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience.
• At least 5 years of RTR or General Ledger experience with leadership, coaching, or people management.
• Hands-on experience in: General Ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals and prepayments, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, Global Business Services, or multinational finance operations is an advantage.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, Hyperion, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft is an advantage.
• Amenable to full on-site work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.
• Willing to work night shifts, including graveyard schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries including accruals and prepayments.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, balance sheet, fixed assets, intercompany, and accrual accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and reporting deadlines.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and schedules.
• Support treasury and cash management activities including cash forecasting.
• Assist audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
