• Healthcare or US recruitment program experience is a plus.

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Team Leader with proven experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure consistent delivery of client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze team performance reports to identify trends and process gaps
• Allocate resources effectively to meet client hiring targets and service timelines
• Support the implementation of standardized recruitment operations practices and tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with quality standards
• Monitor team KPIs and drive performance through coaching and feedback
• Collaborate with management to align operational goals with client expectations
• Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and client-defined parameters
• Track and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) to maintain high client satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular updates and consultative engagement
• Handle client escalations promptly and professionally

About you

• Leadership experience in RPO operations (team lead or similar role)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment delivery and client management
