The role requires solid knowledge of ROW processes, permitting regulations, and property management, with strong negotiating and communication skills. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and local authorities to secure approvals, maintain documentation, and report on progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
• Proven experience in ROW acquisition or permitting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• ROW Acquisition: identify, acquire, and manage ROW for projects with negotiations and documentation.
• Permitting: obtain and manage permits for construction, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Documentation: maintain accurate ROW and permit records.
• Compliance: ensure ROW activities comply with legal and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: communicate with owners, officials, and stakeholders.
• Project Coordination: align ROW needs with project plans and timelines.
• Reporting: provide status updates and resolutions on ROW/permitting.
• Problem Solving: address disputes or delays related to ROW and permits.
