Job summary

AboitizPower, Makati City, is seeking a Right-of-Way Manager to support SRRLC ROW acquisition for ARI projects. You will negotiate with landowners, conduct due diligence, draft and organize land agreements, and collaborate with Stakeholder Relations & Permitting, ROW, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course; law degrees preferred.
• At least 5 years of Right-of-Way experience in infra, railways, tollways, RE projects.
• 2 years of project experience.
• Experience in due diligence, land acquisition, and negotiations.
• Familiarity with land-related contracts.
• Licensed lawyer or in-house legal background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and legal teams to identify routes/sites and assess risks.
• Manage commercial and legal risks in the ROW acquisition process.
• Gather and manage documentation for screening, due diligence, and land rights processes.
• Ensure due diligence and financial close across property aspects.
• Maintain internal approval and document control for property agreements.
• Engage with government entities and community leaders to obtain permits and public support.
