Job summary

You will coordinate with government agencies, LGUs, and property owners to ensure timely approvals and smooth implementation. • Secure permits, clearances, and right-of-way approvals from government agencies, private property owners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with LGUs, barangays, utility companies, and property owners regarding project implementation.
• Conduct site visits, route validation, and stakeholder consultations.
• Facilitate negotiations and resolve ROW-related issues and concerns.
• Monitor permit applications and ensure timely acquisition of required documents.
• Prepare and maintain ROW documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, and Project Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
